Mr. Rosen provides a full range of legal and business advice covering all aspects of his clients’ businesses. He serves as a trusted business advisor and counselor to many of the area’s entrepreneurs and family businesses. He combines zealous advocacy for his clients’ interests with a pragmatic understanding of the market.
Mr. Rosen’s real estate practice includes structuring and negotiating the purchase, sale, leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate, including office, retail, and industrial properties and large scale residential and mixed-use developments. His business and corporate practice focuses on mergers, sales, acquisitions, business financing and joint ventures, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, health care, and service businesses. Mr. Rosen represents a number of national and regional home builders in their land acquisition and development transactions.
While in law school, Mr. Rosen was an Editor of Law and Policy in International Business, and received his undergraduate degree in economics in 1980 from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Rosen is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Prior to joining Abramoff, Neuberger and Linder, LLP in 1987, Mr. Rosen was an attorney in the real estate department of Weinberg & Green, which is presently the Baltimore office of Saul Ewing LLP.
