Mr. Hawtof’s practice concentrates in the representation of real estate developers, property owners and investors as well as small businesses, physicians and physician practices. In particular, Mr. Hawtof structures joint venture agreements, operating agreements and stockholder agreements and advises a wide array of clients in connection with their capital requirements, leasing, and the acquisition and sale of their businesses.
Mr. Hawtof is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hawtof was an attorney in the corporate and securities department of Hogan & Hartson LLP and in the real estate department of Gallagher, Evelius & Jones, LLP.
