Mr. Neuberger’s practice focuses on real estate development, general corporate matters and municipal finance. He represents developers and investors in a full range of transactions including joint ventures, purchases, sales and dispositions of real estate and real estate finance.
While in law school, Mr. Neuberger was named a Kent Scholar, and served as Managing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. Prior to joining Abramoff, Neuberger and Linder, LLP in 2008, Mr. Neuberger was an attorney in the corporate real estate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, LLP, New York, New York.
