Kimberly J. Min, Partner

Ms. Min’s practice focuses on representing clients in all facets of institutional and entrepreneurial real estate transactions, including, acquisition, development, financing, management, leasing and disposition. Her experience includes public/private partnerships, tax credit structures, private equity, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions involving the transfer of real estate.

Ms. Min also represents borrowers, issuers, bond purchasers and credit enhancers of tax-exempt bonds. She has represented non-profit and for-profit borrowers and bond issuers for acquisition and development financing, government issuers for public projects and private activity use bonds, and national and local banks in credit enhancement and remarketing, and bank-held bonds.

Ms. Min’s pro bono work includes representing a non-profit in utilizing state and federal historic tax credits for the lease and rehabilitation of a Baltimore City-owned national historic landmark, and the development and construction by a community organization of a Baltimore City-owned children’s park in the Mt. Vernon historic neighborhood.

While at Columbia, Ms. Min was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and was the Senior Articles Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review.

Ms. Min clerked for The Honorable Stanley F. Birch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from 2002-2003 and The Honorable Raymond A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from 2001-2002. Prior to joining Abramoff, Neuberger and Linder, LLP in 2006, Ms. Min was an attorney in the real estate department of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Ms. Min is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
