David B. Abramoff, Partner

Mr. Abramoff represents a variety of retail, office and industrial developers in the acquisition, financing and leasing of their projects. He also assists land developers and builders in matters relating to residential lot development and home construction. He counsels business owners in connection with a myriad of day-to-day issues affecting business operations. For over twenty-five years, Mr. Abramoff has advised clients on assessment issues affecting real property. He represents clients in appealing property tax assessments relating to apartments, lodging facilities, office buildings, warehouses, marinas and retail centers imposed by the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation.

Mr. Abramoff is the co-editor of the “Procedure-Tax Property” chapter included in the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers multi-volume publication Maryland Taxes. After graduating from law school, Mr. Abramoff clerked for the Honorable Judge Howell W. Melton of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida from 1979 to 1981.
